Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add cumin seeds and sauté for a minute until they start to splutter.

Step 2

Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic to the pan and cook until the onions are soft and translucent. Next, add chopped vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, beans, peas, and cauliflower and mix well.

Step 3

Add spices such as turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender and cooked through. Serve hot with rice or bread. Enjoy!
